CLEANING & STORING FLORALS

The beauty of artificial flowers is that they need little attention. However, over time dust may accumulate and you might want to refresh your wreath or arrangement.  To do so, simply blow the dust away with a hairdryer set on cool or use a can of compressed air.  You can also use a vacuum cleaner, covered with a pair of pantyhose to prevent the flowers from being vacuumed into the machine.

If your flowers need a more thorough cleaning, you can use a damp cloth or some water. Hold the flowers over the sink or lay them on a dish drainer. Fill a spray bottle with water and then spritz the individual flowers with water until water drops run off the flowers, carrying the dirt away. Real touch flowers can be cleaned with a sponge.

It’s a good idea to store wreaths or arrangements that you are not displaying in plastic containers or bags.  Wreath bags can be purchased for storing any of our wreaths. This will help to preserve the lifespan of these decorations. If kept in a cool dry place, many of our designs will last for more than 5 years.
