RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Petalscape wreaths and floral arrangements are handmade with the greatest attention to detail and care. We pride ourselves on sourcing the most lifelike flowers and botanicals that will transform your home and bring a sense of celebration to life. If you aren’t completely over the moon with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange – less a 15% restocking fee and the shipping and handling cost. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please email our shop at info@petalscape.co to initiate the return process and we will supply a return label for you to use.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the condition of the returned item, we will issue a refund and send an email confirmation.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a replacement or return request, email us at info@petalscape.co. Include your order number and two or more photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging and whether you would like a replacement sent or a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-ordered products or personalized items can not be returned.
Additionally, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
